I was lead to believe that I had to download the app and create an account to access my ticket (which wasn't the case) and now I can't delete my account

Absolute scum bags. Bought VIP tickets to see Steve Aoki March 23rd who didn't show up. Club said he bailed last minute. Asked for a refund and was told that my bar cards were both used (complete lie) and there I only got 43 of over 200 dollars back. TAO takes no accountability for their talent not. showing, instead steal money from patrons who OF course had 2 drinks waiting for Aoki. Absolute worst.

Never got my ticket! Tao Group requires this app to receive our event ticket. But it never got sent to the app! AVOID this at all cost!
